Tracy Brightman talks Dress for Success

We’re proud to recognize, Tracy Brightman, executive vice president and chief people officer for FedEx Corporation, and the work she does to empower women.

Tracy was on the selection committee for this year’s Dress for Success “Your Hour, Her Power” campaign, which honored 31 trailblazing women who embody the mission, values, and vision of Dress for Success. The honorees were recognized for overcoming obstacles to become business professionals, entrepreneurs, community leaders, and agents of change.

As a people champion, Tracy has made it her mission to help individuals discover their personal paths to advance, grow, and reach their full potential. A few of her top career tips include:

  • Seek out opportunities and experiences that will give you the ability to learn something new or be exposed to a new area.
  • Stay curious and ask to be included on teams and projects that interest and motivate you.
  • Get as many experiences as possible and exposure in your organization to make you a more well-rounded leader and team member.
